HOW TO MAKE A MOBILE APP WITHOUT CODING USING APP BUILDERS
There are some solutions that are available to help you develop mobile apps without knowing how to code. Of course you will always get more functionality if you were capable of developing your own.
Some of the app builders allow you to code as well and some are for web developers who don't want to learn how to code mobile device apps. Coding once in web development code is nice in that most app builder platforms that use this method will output to most or all of the mobile device platforms without much extra work at all.

This solution does not have a non-coding option. However, if you are a web developer but not a phone app developer, then this is a solution you can use.
PhoneGap utilizes web development code to make it work. It pushes out the code to various platforms for use so that you don't have to mess with coding different ways for different platforms. This is one of many app builders that allows using web technologies for building your app.

Buzztouch has some training that shows you how to get setup with the Android (Google) and iOS (Apple) compilers and such. If you don't know how to code that is fine. It has a number of plugins you can get for free to put things together. They do have a server that you can use. If you don't have the plugin you need, you can either code it yourself or buy one of the low cost plugins that others have developed there.
If you are a developer, Buzztouch can help you make your apps and you can sell plugins you develop to others there.

Before we go into this, be aware that when you purchase a solution that is using the payment structure of SaaS, you have a very large chance of having your product or service being disabled with payments stop. This means if you have a bunch of customers using the apps you develop using a SaaS solution, they all stop working when you stop paying. This is not a good thing. You end up renting your own designed app. This is not always the case but is usually the case.
Aside from App Builder being a SaaS solution like this that disables your apps when you stop paying, it is a pretty slick solution that you could check out. If SaaS doesn't bother you and you are building it just for yourself, this is a great solution to try out.

Longer and More in Depth Demo Video
Project Siena is an app building tool designed to be very powerful and operate as easily as PowerPoint does. From the YouTube videos you can see that it has quite a bit of functionality to it. It does require Windows 8 to run. It is free. So if you have Windows 8, this may be something to look into.

[Conduit]
Mobile by Conduit is also a SaaS solution but it has a great twist to it. If you need to buy a lifetime app, you can do so for $1,500. So if your app comes out amazing, you can just pay a one time fee and have a premium app all nice and made up. That is a lot lower cost than you will most likely get when paying a developer to develop an app. They also have a reseller program if you are interested in making and selling apps using their platform.
[Appy Pie]
This tool allows you to build apps as easy as pie and the website onboards you very quickly to making an app of your choice. It allows you to build mobile apps using HMTL 5 and other web technologies as well as build for Android, iOS and more. Make sure to look at the pricing before you develop a full blown app with them.
[GoodBarber]
GoodBarber is a very slick, clean, and powerful app builder that is a nice CMS. It allows you to link up to all sorts of content and does it cleanly. They even have a nice WordPress plugin that helps link everything together.
The good thing with GoodBarber is that even if you cancel your subscription the apps stay live. You just don't get to access the backroom part of the CMS. You can find out about that on their cancel page.
